2021 – 2024 Technical Product Manager
Eidosmedia is the leading supplier of cross-media publishing technology. Its CMS is used by large news organizations in Europe, the USA, and Asia-Pacific.
- As a senior product manager, I am responsible for all the technical aspects of our solutions from a product standpoint by leading a team of 2 junior product managers, 3 software engineering managers, and indirectly their teams.
- Managed all integration projects, and emerging technologies based on AI/ML developments and defined internal processes like partner management workflow.
- Accountable for P&L.
- Main product touchpoint for banking and media customers such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Financial Times, and Washington Post.
- Working in highly regulated environments like Financial Services, Fintech, and Banking.
- Cloud computing environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Managed all the security side of our products from a managerial standpoint.
- Act as expert on Agile methodologies.
Aptos Retail
2019 – 2021 Product Specialist (means Product Manager for a single product) and Technical Architect
Aptos is the largest provider of enterprise software focused exclusively on retail.
- Manager of the full product life-cycle of a single product in the portfolio and cross-product MVPs, innovation, and processes, responsible for defining requirements to delivery for customers like Adidas, Tesco, Burberry, and Duty-Free Shops.
- Hired as a Technical Architect, had been responsible for data warehousing, data manipulation, data presentation, and database optimization.

Art Rights is a blockchain-based startup focused on physical art masterpieces documentation management.
- Drive the delivery of the blockchain-based MVP, defining requirements (technical and functional) and milestones.
- Goal reached managing an outsourced team of 15 developers, a UX/UI designer and the creation of the internal software team.
- Managed the delivery of 2 chat-BOTs.

- As responsible for a whole product line in the portfolio, I spearheaded a team of 7 software developers and the first contact with prospects.
- I managed customer requests as the negotiator with tier-1 customers such as Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari, and Louis Vuitton in countries like the USA, Brazil, and China.
